normal align=left>3.2具有合法經(jīng)營資格（具備相關(guān)的經(jīng)營范圍：醫(yī)療器械的生產(chǎn)或銷售）；
normal align=left>如投標(biāo)人為設(shè)備制造商，須提供醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)許可證；如投標(biāo)人為經(jīng)銷商，須提供醫(yī)療器械經(jīng)營許可證（且在經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)）；
normal align=left>3.3投標(biāo)人為經(jīng)銷商的須具有設(shè)備制造商針對(duì)本標(biāo)段設(shè)備的唯一授權(quán)證明文
normal align=left>件（加蓋設(shè)備制造商公章原件）及售后服務(wù)承諾函；
normal align=left> 3.4須提供所投產(chǎn)品的醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)證及附表（原裝進(jìn)口提供“進(jìn)”號(hào)醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品注冊(cè)證及附表，復(fù)印件加蓋投標(biāo)人公章）；
